for lower or more average (3.5g/35g and down) doses i prefer fresh, not too much to eat, hits quick and clean, tastes fine
but for larger doses, it gets a bit tough eating all those fucking juicy shrooms. i didn't puke on 60g, but it would have been easier to eat them dry.

in general dry is better, doesnt get mushed up or moldy

I love wet shrooms. But the only shrooms I ever really dose on are paneleous subbalteatous and I heard if you dry em it takes out the beaocystis (SP) and drops the potentcy. I still have some dried for a rainy day or when someone needs them for a good purpose.

someone was telling me the other day that eating pickin and eatin (fresh shrooms) is way worse for you, and you can only do it like 7 times....and after that..death? i dunno, he didnt say, but i dont believe this at all, any confirmation or arguments???

I've eaten fresh shrooms at least a few hundred times. I'm alive, I think.

That's one of many myths. Like the myth about the stems being poisonous. When I was a kid I actually believed that. We'd always toss the stems. What a shame.

My favorite shrooms are fresh ones that are just about to open- haven't broken their veil yet. They're like little moon rockets. Mmmm mmmm, and oh so magical.

Fresh mushrooms, if available. Dried mushrooms taste like feet. I don't like the taste of feet. I used to be able to much down a quarter ounce of dried mush with no side, but now I nearly collapse. Can't tell any difference in the trip between fresh and dried.

Feet I tell you, FEET!

whisk in juice

no bad taste

hardly any waiting time

agreed. I used to eat em wet, but the taste did not 'aquire' and they now make me want to retch.

depends on what i'm trying to get, fresh gives me a speedy trip with fun visuals, little mind-fuck and a great body high, while dried seems to get me overwhelming visuals, almost no physical feeling, and huge mind games, then again it could be placebo.
