Humidity/Picking

I picked a few today by twisting off at the stem, the stems have now turned blackish/blue kinda.. I think thats normal am I correct?

Also, I think the humidity is a little bit low in my set up, because I see white rings around caps. Im using a fish tank bubbler to bubble air in, and Im spraying a few times a day. Is there anything else I could be doing or using to raise the humidity?

My understanding is mycelium (white stuff)
on your shrooms is an indication of too much humidity.
I could be wrong although from your description it
does sound like a possibility.
