For about 13 years I've been remembering a comedian doing a bit on how a primitive cave man evolved from taking shrooms, now to my delight I've reconnected with it :smile: :smile:
must have seen it originally on an HBO comedy special circa 90-92 ?

For all Hicks fans:

His best mate from childhood, Kevin Booth, has been working on a book on Hicks for ages which will be released March 05 (well, according to Amazon it will).

For the more academic there's also already "One Consciousness: an Analysis of Bill Hicks' Comedy" by Paul Outhwaite available. Haven't read it though.

There's one Hick's bootleg I've got (fairly close to his last performance) in which he does a whole spiel about trying to get his dad to take mushrooms but worries that the wrong effect'll happen and his dad'll start weeping over Rush Limbaugh "I love Rush" "Dad, this is not the effect this is suppose to have". Fucking hysterical.

Anyone know if Rykodisc plan on releasing anymore Flying Saucer Tour albums?

Interesting.

I wish Bill Hick's LAST show was out there in audio or video form. I'm pretty sure it isn't. I've seen someone on Soul Seek that had a show that was supposed to be his last, but then I found out that it wasn't.
