What media player do you use?

I'm currently using the newest Winamp, but running into major problems. Basically, my media library is somewhere around 20,000+ songs - and so the search feature in Winamp is just too slow. Also Winamp doesn't have an "enqueue" feature (or they do, but it doesn't work!). Tried I-Tunes but there is no way I'm going to convert 20,000+ songs into I-Tunes format. Windows Media Player just bogs down with so many songs. Real Jukebox, I haven't really fooled around with much. Anyway, I was wondering if anybody knows of any good media players that they would recommend? It needs to have the ability to create/edit multiple playlists, to search the entire library, to search playlists, to enqueue, and any other cool features. Open source would be great, especially if they allow you to write your own plugins (via perl or whatever)... any suggestions? I know that there must be some people here who have been running into these same problems...

if you can get dells musicmatch jukebox for free get it. I am only saying this because when you double click on a song to play, instead of deleting all the otherones on the playlist like winamp does, it adds it to the bottom of the list.

Oh, and for video use Cyberlink PowerDVD 5 with SLD codec pack installed. Or better yet, XBC on a modified XBOX!

uninstall winamp & reinstall it...
whne you are at your playlist, and have a song selected type "J" there you can search for a song and enqueue it, move it to next, etc.
if the playlist is slow scrolling, then it is probably becuase your computer is slow (cpu/ram), your harddrive spins at a low rpm, or both.
if so, organize your library by genre and create smaller playlists.

yea, if your that hardcore with mp3's, you must work the media library.. has all the search, playlist action your looking for. and you can write plugins for it, i dont know the language, but i know you can.
winamp will play dvd's with the plugin, i havent tried it yet.
i feel sorry for the guy who settled with realplayer ...
and winamp does have an enque option, in windows explorer, right click on any folder, and either "enque in winamp" or "play in winamp" if not available, then options>file types> right side, third check box....
the 'music match' double click enque's file is available under options> file types> right side, 2nd check box in winamp.

Cool I think I found what I wanted....
http://snackamp.sourceforge.net/
Open source, you can write your own scripts, and made for people with 20,000+ files... It is true Linux design (ie no fancy skins, no visualization studios, not even really that aesthetically pleasing ) - but seems to be damn quick. Not only is it quick adding things to the library, but the filters/searches/rules that you can apply are much quicker than any program I've tried out so far. I have yet to screw around with it too much, but I'll report back here my reviews of the program.
But for any people who have huge music libraries who have been frustrated by slow-ass searches in Winamp, crappy play-list loading, etc - check it out. Plus the ability to write your own scripts makes the program as flexible as your programming knowledge is! Anyway, I'll try using this out for a week or so, and post a review (and any scripts I've written).
Thanks for all the suggestions, though!
