dung, straw, or worm castings?

what exactly is worm castings and where can i get some?
is there a certain type of straw one should use?

i like to mix the straw and castings.
castings are composted worm shit,
a good source is http://www.vermitechnology.com/products/farm.supplies/pure.worm.castings.htm
wheat or barley straw are best.
