first hunt

ok me and my friend were out shooting our bb guns and i noticed a lirrle shroomy on the ground ...we sat down and picked about 25-30 little shrooms but i wanted to get them identified since it was first hunt

i think i know what kind they are but i want to see what someone with more experience says...i am taking a sporesprint right now but i took a few pictures that might help with identifying them

once i figure out how to upload them :confused:

They look like Agrocybes to me; not active.
Spore print color will be brown if this is correct.

they seem to be dried out, somewhat. Am I correct? Sometimes its difficult to ID shrooms when they've begun to dry, as different genus often tend to look similar.

i picked them saturday and today is sunday they sat in a game case cuz i didn't know where to put them so no one would see them and the tops used to be brown until today

ok i just looked at some pic on google and when they were in the ground they looked nothing like Agrocybes

As a quick guess, they look like one of the common lawn Agrocybes.

well when i did searches on Agrocybes they looked totally different but if thats what a few people think ill take that over my opinion because im new to shrooming

thanks for help and it would have been some happy shrooming if they were active :smile:

You said you found them on the ground. But no one knows what was on the ground other than the Agrocybes. Perhaps, it would be better to post more information. The forum rules give a great description of how to post for ID's.
