How much spawn (colonised rye) should one use on one kilo of 50%dung/vermiculte-50%grasseed mix?

A pint is more than enough. I have spawned 6lbs of manure with <1 pint and it worked fine. Of course, if you can spare more, it'll speed up colonisation.

That's odd, I used like 1 pint for 2lb's of (66%-dung/verm with 33%-grasseed) mix. It didn't colonise the dungmix at all!
1 pint of colonised ecuador spawn. Maybe it wasn't colonised enough, but it was clearly white, I normally used it for casing.
