contam risks during preserving?

I just powdered my first flush after 3 days of drying using hepa filtered air and
dessicant chamber. I cleaned my coffee grinder out with alcohol first.Waited for
evaporation.
Then I used the end of a cut off straw ..like a mini spoon to scoop out the
powder into gel caps sz 100(I think 100's) anyways... I used my bare clean
hands to hold the gelcaps. I placed them in
a jar with rubber seal, dessicant at the bottom, a wire rack above that and
a layer of cotton balls sitting on the rack to separate the gelcaps from
the dessicant. As I was doing this .. Im thinkin .. what an inprecise science and
could bacteria from my hands still grow inside the gelcaps on the powder?
Gross. Umm any comments? Better ways to keep powdered shrooms? I read
where they digest easier and psylocybin is more easily absorbed. I have lots
of shrooms on the way and can try different things. I'm leaving some whole too.

When you have powdered shrooms they are very dry.
Bacteria need water in food for nutrien transport. So I suppose it could do no harm, but wearing gloves can help if your not satisfied!

Of course your gonna get bacteria on them, but its not enough to make you sick. There isn't enough moisture for the bacteria to spread and divide so it will just sit there dormant, until you eat it, then it will die. Its the same thing with anything else you stick in your mouth.

Tired of pimping yourself on the corner to afford spores? Well throw out that red dress and go to the FSR, for spores even you can afford.
