im posting again the thing is that i have been ocupied with my nwes salvias and i was reading a lot about , plantin lophophora(any sugestion). and all thgat.
after my very succefull casing i am going to try brown rice grain, any recomendation will be apreciatte.
i have a presure cooker(the olds one that no says what psi you have. and i read that this cookers go up to 12 psi, for brown rice grain, will this be enough.

soak b rice for a day or put in pot with water on very low stove until rice is nice and fat - try to keep temp low as not to burst the grain. thios is to get the water into the grain. then strain and wash in clean water and drain very well!! else its too wet
now fill jars 2/3 (makes shaking easier) and pc for 40 min from when full pressure is reached. allow to cool cmpletely (overnight) remove and inoc. when growth starts shake jar
well. its colonizes very quickly because of holes between rice

Cook the rice before pressure cooking. one part rice to one part water, about 20 minutes on simmer, covered.

From what i hear Vermiculite should be added to this. Howerver i can't get it in my area.
Are you saying i can just use the ricce with out the vermi?
that would be great for me if it works. Every place i call assures me they have it i go down and they all say oh sorry we're out of sock.(now i make them go walk and find it for me)
