its rented by the month too exactly what i was looking for. 1200 square foot loft for $550 a month, and its above a whare house too! and in a shitty part of town, which works great for me and my intentions to hold lots o parties, and theres a whare house or somthing adjacent to the property i can also probably rent, for bigger parties... i go to see it monday but for that price it has to be a dive. but in all honesty who cares ?
"in times of widespread chaos and confusion, it has been the duty of more advanced human beings - artists, scientists, clowns, and philosophers - to create order. In such times as ours however, when there is too much order, too much m management, too much programming and control, it becomes the duty of superior men and women and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt and disruption"

Right on dude, renting by the month is great - though I'd imagine the renters would probably charge more in the long run than if you were on a lease.. but fuck it, I'm stuck in a lease right now and it sucks. I like my apartment a lot, but I want to live somewhere else, and my landlord isn't helping matters at all. She claims I never even sent in my two months notice (which permits me to leave if I find someone else to take over), but I sent it over a month ago! Byotch!
And it doesn't have to be a dive.. my apartment isn't in a great part of town, and the building hallway is kinda "divey", but my actual apartment is great. Hard wood floors, and it's pretty big for a one bedroom.
