Nope, it won't work. You should just send it to me...

No, they're garbage.
Well, in all fairness, it's probably better than nothing.... slightly. Can't be compared to a HEPA filter though.

If I were you I'd just throw that in my growing quarters and let it run all the time (unless it's an electricity hog, then just when I'm in there). If nothing else it will add to your sterility to a degree, but then again it can't be compared to a Hepa as discman said.

Ionic breeze is expensive but good for health... why don't you just run it in your room?

They work to a certain extent. What they forget to mention in the commercials is that any of the charged particles that are not trapped on the plates end up sticking to your walls instead...

nope it will not work.
air ionization makes 'clumps' of crap in ur air that instantly fall to the ground, so u get little 'contam bombs' fall down as soon as they are too heavy, this is why paul staments and other experienced cultivators say they are of no use.
BUT i am currently testing an ionizer constructed by FMRC that is different. it has got a special base to collect the contams ait, instead of letting them fall to the air.
i extensively test this unit at the moment @ mycotopia and so far the results look promising.
for anyone interested here is the link http://mycotopia.net/discus/messages/2/170372.html?1099858588
the test is already 3 pages long, since i test it throughoutly, i guess this information will be of use.

This is what you want. It has a negative ion generator, and sucks air thru a hepa filter. Also oscilates.

search why are you bringing up these dead threads and posting in all of them? If you need to do it, one is enough, but multiple hepa/ionic threads??? come on.
