HBWD cold water extraction

Can someone clear up how a cold water extraction of HBWD should be done so i get minimal nausea?

Well first, I assume you mean HBWR, as I cannot imagine what HBWD would be...lol, but I would say grind up however many seeds you intend to use, then put them in very cold water, and let soak in a cold, dark place for a day or two, then strain out the pulp, and enjoy. However this is no guarantee against nausea

you can use a very sharp razor or exacto to take the seed coats off they have some funky substance on them ,which i belive is the biggest part of of the nausea

Hmmm, i am a first time tripper, so i dont want the mixture to be too strong. Also, i worry about this talk of cyanide glycocides, are these ever fatal?

I have heard that it is best to remove the outer shell of the seed compleatly, I ahve yet to try this, but I would use apliers or something, those things are pretty hard.

dont use water man just use rubbing alcohol or isopropanol to extract it ,,, it works good .... or u can go all out and use naptha aswell ...

Well pretty much any extraction is going to take time to seperate the stuff. I haven't heard of a cold water extraction maybe Im only thinking of MGs I would go with the nonpolar to polar extraction.
