    #3436650 - 12/02/04 11:50 AM (13 years, 5 months ago)

I have 11 jars of some pink buffalo strain. They have been incubating for 32 days now and have been fully colonized for 10 days now.I see no evidence of pinning yet, there are no contams except for 1.I tossed it.Is it safe to put in flowering chamber now or should I wait longer?
Also should I cold shock them before fruiting'or dunk them?Any hekp would be appreciated.I got the jars from mike o'logical 11 of 12 were good no contams x cept 1!Thanks Mike

You only need to wait 5 days max after colonization you should get those suckers out and dunk and roll and coldshock and they should start pinning in no time.

Yea, you're probably still good since there is no pinning yet, but I'd get those bastards out and get em going.

Dunk em and cold shock them at the same time. Then roll them in vermiculite and youll be good to go.
