Damp rid For drying your shrooms.

Does Damp rid work as well as perilite for drying shrooms?

I think you are a little confused. You use perlite to humidify your growing chamber, not to dry your shrooms. For drying, Damp-Rid works well as a dessicant. It is best to air dry for a day or so before you put your shrooms in with the dessicant, and make sure that they don't touch the Damp-Rid- it is poisonous. I use epsom salt for a dessicant- it is cheap and non-toxic.
