 best strains for invitro

never grew before and i was wondering what strains were best for invitro. Also i read that you expose the jars to light as soon as theyre inoculated and i just wanted to make sure this was correct.

I don't what strains are good, but i think most will work pretty well. Yes you expose them to light from the beginning, but i don't think you have to do it right away. You could do it after it was fully colonized, but it would probably take longer. If i wasn't so lazy i would make some extra jars just to try it.

rumor has it cambo, creeper, and Hawaiian suck for invitro, go for a Asian strain.

Every strain that I have worked with has fruited invitro, some better than others. EQ and PB both pinned quite nicely while still in their jars.
I would suggest keeping those jars warm and in the dark until colonization is achieved, and only then exposing them to light. Good luck.

yeah incubate them till full colonization and then intorduce the light, also pf classic works good for invirtro and i also had good results with mexi cub. anyway good luck with it

light 24/7 will get you faster results
eq's and gt's grow well invitro
havn't tried texans

AFOAF doesn't invitro much, so he doesn't have alot to compare too, but he's got one cambo jar he left out doing extremely well invitro.
