 Fuck flax seed!

Somewhere in the teks there is a subtrate recipe that uses flax seeds. Bob went down to the local health food store today and picked up some of this stuff to experiment with. Bob started to soak it and noticed that it had SO much starch in it that it almost solidified within 10 minutes. No problem, Bob just figured he would have to rinse it really well. 45 minutes later, the seeds and water are still covered with starch. I'm talking over cooking pasta with too little water type starch. No matter what Bob did, he couldn't get it off. WTF! Has anyone used this stuff with success?

Flax is so much more expensive than other whole grains (AFOAF eats it as a good source of essential fatty acids), why would you use it anyway?

i got 25 pounds of millet for 8 dollars tonight, and i got a ton or so of cow shit. i called a cow farmer i used to work for and told him i need a truckload of aged poo, low and behold he had a 8 foot tall x 30 foot round pile of poop, i backed my truck up and he used his back-hoe to fill me up, i am going bulk  .

yeah it sucked really bad un-loading it, it was a bit easier loading it  . i still have half of it in my truck, im just gonna leave it in there for traction in the snow lol.
