OK I just made 8 jars about a week ago and to my demise they are fucked, so of the reason is I under injected them-3 are ok. But on 6 jars a moist layer is noticable right below the dry verm layer. I made the jars by filling, putting a dry layer, then put the lid with holes in it on tight and covered with A-Foil (no tape on the holes). Then I filled the P-cooker 1/2 way up the jars and put on med till it made noise then turned down the heat. Where did I mess up to get these results?

Hmm, sounds like you should have taped your holes and had too much water in your pressure cooker. You only need an inch or so...
In the 60's people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird, people take prozac to make it normal. "Crobih is my Founder of the Shroomery" PEACE

1/2 inch is more than enough.
