Mycobag selling on Ebay?
    #3432967 - 12/01/04 03:53 PM (12 years, 10 days ago)

Hrm...I just purchased a mycobag kit w/ a Reishi spore syringe on Ebay from a seller w/ the username Mycobag. I was just wondering if this user is from the Mycobag company or if it's just someone else.

It seems probably that it's someone from Mycobag, since the e-mail was something like order@mycobag.com, but the kit was $15 + $8 S/H, cheaper than the Mycobag site, which charges $20. Maybe the S/H is cheaper if you order on mycobag?

Anyhow, just wanted to see if my spores are going to come from a credible source or just some random person or whatever.

Yes this is in fact authorized selling by MycoBag.com. They will usually offer some discounts for Ebay purchasing to encourage sales through that selling method, so you got yourself a good deal!

You can definitely feel good about the 'spores' (it's actaully a nutrient culture broth syringe of living mycelium and not spore material), these culture syringes are maintained and supplied by the labs at Sporeworks.com.

Those culture syringes really take off quickly in growth.

Interesting...I didn't even notice that they were cultures and not spores. Thank you for confirming my thoughts.
