i've read some things that might enhance the effects of the trip. Does anyone have an idiots guide to enhanced experience by way of dietary intake?

ive taken mushrooms with vitamin c a few times. i pop like 800% of the recomended daily value...seemed to come up a little quicker, but that might have been placebo effect..or maybe i hadnt eaten for a while..so they processed quicker..just me
