Tryptamine HCL experimentation.

I've been looking into the work of Dr. Jochen Gartz lately and have a few simple questions.
I know that adding tryptamine hydrochloride to the substrate is the usual method, but is there anything that can be done afterwards?
One of my questions is this, Is it possible to introduce tryptamine hydrochloride and phosphoric acid into the h202 in my cool mist humidifier with positive results? Will it make a difference in the potency of the mushrooms after the initial addition in the substrate manufacturing stage?
Has anyone tried this? And if so what amount should I introduce to say... 2 gallons of h202 solution?
I'll be doing a casing setup, PF style cakes crumbled into a straw/dung mixture with the .1g ratio of tryptamine HCL and a yet undetermined amount of phosphoric acid. The casings will be 2foot by 2foot, 6 in all and be in a dl.Priest style terrarium humidified with a cool mist humidifier.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time ^_^

i would think that it would only be effective if the typtamine was absorbed by the casing layer and then the myc consumed this. i think the reason typtamine works is because the mycellium consumes it with other precursors in the substrate and then forms the actives your looking for. considering the results of adding tryptamine to the substrate were good i think thats your best bet. but i wouldnt be suprised if it increased potency, at least by a small amount, i sincerely doubt it will be the 3x results from the study though.

I've looked into this matter as well, in the book Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World, Paul Stamets talks about the success of adding Tryptamine (no mention of tryptamine hydrochloride, I'm only assuming this is what he's referring to) in the volume of 25mg to 10 grams of substrate. This resulted in over a 3-fold increase in psilocin. I've been able to find Tryptamine Hydrochloride, but it seems to be very expensive to me. What type of results have you gotten just from the addition of tryptamine to the substrate, and do you find it to be worth it. Also, what is your best source for tryptamine (hydrochloride) that you've found? PLEASE keep us posted on your experiment results, I'm dying to know!!!

The addition of tryptophan has been tested, but not shown to increase the content of psilocin/psilocybin.
