Do I run Cool Air Humid 24 X 7

Or do I just set it to come on several times a day for a few minutes. I will be setting this up this wwek and I could use some experienced advice

Do not run it constantly. My friend has found that this super saturates the casing layer and causes contaminiants lots of times. She ran her's for about five minutes on high every other day. Plenty of moisture this way with no super saturation.

You shouldn't keep it on 24/7 if you're using a small grow chamber. If you get a timer for your humidifier, you can set it to go on and off many times a day for about a minute each time (my timer has a 14 cycle capacity). The more cycles you get the better, since the humidifier also acts as the primary mode of air exchange.
