Boy, it's been a while since I posted here!

I have some brown rice flour that I have had for a couple of years. The bag has been opened and about a quarter of it is left. Question: Will it be okay to use or should I do something to it to prevent contam?

it will work, but i love using my self-ground flour. cause its not flour, its more chunky and mycel likes it better.

make your own with br and a blender!
