Just look at this, how am I supposed to pick these

How do I pick these damn shroomies? This is my first casing by the way. Used BRF, and cased with verm. Some of the little guys look as if they abort- too often for me, What is the main reason for aborts? Strain is EQ. Look at the abort in between the two.

Wash your hands well and pick them.
All of them also the aborts.

Pick them all. It doesn't look like the one on the left is going to get any bigger.

Yes, look as if the one on the left will get bigger. Carefully, pull them apart, grab the large one and SLOWLY twist and pull it upwards. Print that large one too:)

I would pick them all with a twist. I find once the biggest ones are ready for harvest, they all are. Those little ones don't generally get any bigger unless they are a second flush.
