The point of casing is to provide moisture... So could I just hand spray the casing before I see pins? Because there is no point in putting it in a grow chamber, cuz the casing provides the humidity? Also i live in Nebraska and the humidity here is like 80%+, so could i just hand spray the casing and have no grow chamber?

No, because for pin formation ou need very high humidity, 95-100%,
Once you see the pins, you can lower it a bit.

Mushrooms thrive in moist environments, so you need a big container to hold the moisture in so it does'nt just evaporate. Mind you i've never grown a thing.
