Hi Im a noobie i need help being sure these are safe to eat- Found them in a cowfield in texas growing on manure The gills dont seem to be attached but are so close to the stem you cant tell their unatached by just looking you would have to move the cap to tell... gills are a chocolate brown almost black in some places
Stem is hollow and white, with blue bruising on it when i found it Cap was golden yellow with it getting more bronze in the middle with a nipple They were a bit weathered when i found them so i dont think i can get a spore print.. these smell just like the indoor cubies i grew also they are a little dry...when i fould the large cap in the first pic it was perfectly round
