Don't know about Dr. Seuss. I've heard about Shakespeare possibly having used weed and/or opium, but I'm not sure. Lewis Carroll did opium and possibly mushrooms, but there's no solid evidence for that. Walt Disney is unlikely. He was a very conservative man, and was in his prime long before the 60's.

Only ones I can think of at the moment apart from The Beatles are a band called Gong. They drink mushroom tea on stage then feed it to their already tripped out audience! :smile:

Lewis Carol did not do any hallucegens, I read it in the Fortean Times and it never lies! Actually no one knows about Lewis, apparently he was a strict conservative alcoholic.

Bill Hicks took shrooms btw.

Mohammed Hashish

I think that list has some bullshit, I cannot find any references to Mohammed doing hashish or any other drugs. In fact he specifically speaks out against drugs in the Hadith, when he talks about how Kamzur or an Arabic word along those lines means any intoxicant, and how they cannot be used and your prayer will not count for 40 days after using intoxicants.

Though if anybody could find that Mohammed did hashish it'd make my day, as that'd be an argument I need against someone who was pointing all these things out to me
