Louisiana Copes dying out? (pics)

I think the season is ending for cope cyans here. I got a nice haul this morning of cubes and a few cyans. Most of the cyans were a couple days old and I didn't see many signs of new ones. The cubes on the otherhand- just getting started. Here's a couple pics of the load. I didn't have time to take pics in the field unfortunately.

I need more trays for my dehydrator. Oh well, I'm planning on eating the copes tonight and will wash them down with some tea brewed from the cubes I couldn't fit in the dehydrator I guess.

heyy- I cant really speak for LA -- but i think its kinda odd/funny that you say that cause here in Tex i think the cubes are dyin out and the Copes are on the rise!! lol weird how that works

awesome hauls tho- I find that kinda weight with copes but never in cubes.....

I don't really keep any. :wink:

But assuming I did, I'd have about a pound and a half dry.

And assuming I didn't get a wild hair up my ass and decide to take some major doses over the next year, I think I'm sufficiently supplied (or would be if I really had them). Even then, there's always fresh ones in the fields.
