An experience I had today
    #3417963 - 11/28/04 01:37 AM (12 years, 2 months ago)

I was sitting at the Movie Theater parking lot with my girlfriend. We were talking. She all of a sudden gets this horrified look on her face and points at my window. I am thinking shit I have a spider in my car and itts probably fucking huge. Of Course I couldn't be that lucky. Some jackass open my door and tells me to get out of my car. I step out and, thinking he may be in trouble or something, he trys to get into my car so I grab his shirt and Jacket collar and we tussle for a while finally I get the upper hand and get my knee in the middle of his back with him on the ground. By this time I have drawn a little crowd. I ask my girlfriend to hand me a pair of hand cuffs I bought today as a gag gift for a friend with a really kinky girlfriend. She hands them ot me and I cuffed him. By that time a police officer that stays at the theater had come up and asked what was going on. I told him and he said well why'd you cuff him. I said well I was going to carry him to the sidewalk and leave him. the cop then started to laugh and walked to the sidewalk and I picked the dude up and put him on the sidewalk. The cop asked if I wanted to press charges and I declined he took a statement and carted him off to jail.

It's times like that where I am glad I have dedicated the majority of my life to judo, jiujitsu and kickboxing.
I would of snapped both of his elbows and broke his nose.

Peruvian: Well, the irony of this, of course, is that this money, which is in the billions, is coming from your country. You see, you are the major purchaser of our national product, which is of course cocaine.
Host: On one hand, you're saying the United States government is spending millions of dollars to eliminate the flow of drugs onto our streets. At the same time, we are doing business with the very same goverment that is flooding our streets with cocaine.

that's unnecessary force. if you are any fucking good at martial arts you should be able to subdue him easily without breaking anything.

I know it is, and I easily could subdue him with a guillotine, or straight arm bar, even with an ankler. I would break his elbows because
1. You don't interrupt when I am trying to get it on with my g/f
2. You don't try and jack my Nissan armada full of DJ equipment
3. You definitely don't try and take me on, in front of my g/f
3 strikes you're out

jk.. so you were in the driver seat or passenger, he was trying to steal the car WITHOUT a weapon?

anyone in the right mind would have faked a gun under a plastic or paper bag or something. we need this for Retarded Criminals Caught on Tape for TBS

Heh, I don't doubt his story at all. I once had some cracked out loser jump in the passenger seat of my truck while I was stopped at a traffic light once and demand that I take him home. I told him to get the fuck out and he said. "Drive boy, I ain't goin to jail cuz o' yo white ass!". Turns out the police were looking for him or some shit. I just laughed. He obviously didnt have a weapon. Just wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants. He jumped out and ran off when he realized I wasn't the least bit scared of his toothless ass. The lil bastard didn't even close the door. Funny but that pissed me off worse than any of it, hehe.

Big ups for the Jay man. That is some classic shit. Glad to know you can take care of yourself. I must admit you were rather gentle with him. I would have definately had to give that dude a class A ass woopin. But then again he would have been stealing a mountain bike an not a car. Props to you for handling the situation as rationally as any man could. And all this in front of the lady... oh you da man Jay. Much luv.

I didn't want to possible break something and then have him try to press charges on me. I ruffed him up a little he was bleeding from his nose because he kept trying to get up when I had my knee in his back so I took my hand and shoved his face into the ground. He stopped then. I also didn't want my girl to think I am an insane mofo and have anger management problems, as we are getting married and obviously going to have kids, and all I need is for her to think I am crazy. Had I been by myself I would have broken so Shaolin out on his ass. Besides hte fact that I am not a small guy and he was. I felt like I was trying to subdue a 15 year old. He was kinda stout but nowhere near as stout as me or the size of myself. I laugh at the whole situation but at the time I was thinking shit I hope he doesn't have a gun or a knife or some fucking pepper spray. Anyway I ma not really sure of his nitent except maybe we just walked out of a store with about 2000 dollars in merchandise. Maybe he saw us and watched us to see where we were going. Oh well he's in jail now. About the not pressing charges I didn't because it's almost christmas and I am a good guy, also I didn't really care he obviously isn't going to try to get into my car again so its all good. !!!!

Thanks beejay much love to you too bro !!!!

That's exactly why you wouldn't want to be "gentle" on someone Tasty Smurf. I would have beat his ass if I were in that situation.
