I call it a "therapy" when in actuality it is nothing more than a technique. This technique works for me especially well if the body and or mind was tense.
First step calls for a good personal dose of thc. Enough to achieve a comfortable inebriation. I personally like a couple small bowls of some Fine Mary out of a nice metal pipe.
Step two calls for some preparation of gathering things that boost your attitude and help induce relaxation. Put them in your bathroom. I like to light a candle in the bathroom, bump some chill r&b. Start a shower, hot water.
It a principle of taking everything that enhances your sense and combining them to help someone feel euphoric. I for example, use music to cover my auditory pleasure, a candle to produce fresh smelling scents to bring pleasure to my nose, a hot water pounding on my back helps relax my muscles and mind, thc enhances these feelings.
