inspiring quote?
    #3414891 - 11/27/04 03:21 AM (13 years, 4 months ago)

'But warm, eager, living life - to be rooted in life - to learn, to desire, to know, to feel, to think, to act. That is what I want. And nothing less. That is what I must try for." - Katherine Mansfield

how do you perceive this quote in base on how you lived your life thus far?

I think her quote must also entail taking risks. I'm all for taking risks.

The day will come when, after harnessing the ether, the winds, the tides, gravitation, we shall harness for God the energies of love. And, on that day, for the second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.  -Teilard

I surrender to Life because it's all I can do.  The other choice leads to a pale and dry existance.  I don't even bother trying to do this anymore, I just enjoy it more. :mushroom2:
