I suggest putting a link to docs describing the picture upload procedure within the Mushroom Pic forum description. Ya know, the way the Polls Forum has a FAQ link in it..
Something like:
Want to show off your talents, just feel like posting a picture of your latest harvest? Here's the forum for any pictures related to mushrooms.
If you're new to picture posting, learn how to here
Only it need to link to some decent docs..
