is it spirituality at work?
How do you go about, when going to bed, dreaming, sleeping and such?

It is my contention that dreamless sleep is the deepest form of rejuvenative, battery-charging meditation there is - psychospiritually speaking, and is probably the one major thing that keeps most people from the bottom pit of insanity. Rejoicing back into no-thing, the un-manifested..the Oceanic Stillness... That, is the importance of sleep.

I'll fantasize about a few things first. Roll around for about half an hour. It's not till after I wack off do I get to sleep.

One of my favorite things is waking up early, thinking about the dream I was just dreaming, thinking about adjusting a few things in the dream, and then going back to sleep, entering the same dream with the adjustments applied.

I can wake up and go back to sleep and hop right back into my dreams...... my friends tell me they have great difficulty with this - umm is anybody with me here? Its easy to get right back into your dreams, no?

Insert an "I think" mentally in front of eveything I say that seems sketchy, because I certainly don't KNOW much. Also; feel free to yell at me.

It has happened to me once or twice.. definitely not easy.. and the reoccurance is always unintentional. I can "plan" to handle whatever keeps waking me up differently, but that is still after the fact that I keep going back into the same dream.

I've found that this leads to disturbing dreams and makes me not want to get out of bed in the morning.
