There are some kinds of mushroom spores that will affect growers more than others. For instance, oyster spores sometimes cause allergic-like reactions for growers who spend a lot of time in the room while they spore.

True, but unless someone had extremely bad allergies (bubble boy syndrome), I just don't see that happening with cubensis.

"A nation's hope of lasting peace cannot be firmly based upon any race in armaments but rather upon just relations and honest understanding with all other nations...

Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed... The cost of one modern heavy bomber is this: a modern brick school in more than 30 cities. We pay for a single fighter with a half million bushels of wheat. We pay for a single destroyer with new homes that could have housed more than 8,000 people..."

there may be cubensis growing inside of your lungs, hence your feeling sick. someday you'll start coughing out mushrooms.

Do you have any clue as to how many billions more mold spores were flying around you at the exact same time as the shroom spores? If anything humidity from a chamber could cause some of those mold spores around your house to germinate. I've found my houses ambiant rh is higher now then when I didn't grow. I have a significantly larger setup then you most likly which is why it affects my place (apartment too) but anyways..youll get better..dont sweat it.

i wouldn't go as far to say that... I will say that you cannot get a cubensis infection in your lungs.

I stand corrected. It turns out that there are fungi that can infect the lungs. Still, mushrooms are not adapted to that enviroment. But if they could.....

Gotta go now. I've got spores to snort
