Im going back to an earlier version but wondered what you think about the mycel,stem,veil and hat combination and the "merges"

i like i just think there needs to be a little mroe work where the stem and ground meet. although its one of the better thign sive seen. nature jsut doesnt seem to contrast that sharply.

Yeah, a little adjustment to the stem at the bottom. It's really cool though, might be a little bit better if you could make out more clear textures like the lines along the cap-like-bit at the top, which looks really cool.

To me it looks like a photograph of the mushrooms king, with his cape on posing for the photo. Very good job.  :smirk: :thumbup:
