Not cyans, but would still like a little help with ID. Also, do all psychedelic mushrooms blue? Thanks

We need more info than just those photos. How about habitat and spore print color?

At first glance they look Tricholomatoid.

Happy mushrooming!

No, not all hallucinogenic mushrooms bruise blue, some can be poiosonous such as the 'Blueing Bolete'.

The question you answered was "are all mushrooms that bruise blue hallucinogenic?". The question was, however, "do all mushrooms that are hallucinogenic bruise blue?".
In principle, all 'active' mushrooms bruise blue. In some species, this effect is very obvious (ps. cyanescens is called 'cyanescens' (litt. 'blueing') that way for a reason, for example). In some other species, blueing might not be apparent at all. An example of this is ps. semilanceata (blueing can be noticed on the base of the stems, but not always) and gymnopilus spectabilis (sometimes blueing can almost not be seen at all).

As Marcd046 pointed out, there are also species that do bruise blue, but aren't active. For example, several species of boletes bruise blue, but there are no known active boletes.
