Caribbean Strain

A while back I recieved a spore print from a member of Drool Donkey named "Caribbean strain." I haven't seen this strain offered to the public, nor have I seen anyone comment on growing it, or post pictures.

Has anyone ever grown this strain? If so, what were your results?

If nobody else has heard of/grown this strain, I'd be willing to offer the print to a spore supplier so that they can offer it to the public.

I would love to see the strain spread around, for that matter I would love to have it. Maybe you should grow out the spores and spread some prints out to multiple dealers and growers.

Tired of pimping yourself on the corner to afford spores? Well throw out that red dress and go to the FSR, for spores even you can afford.

At this moment i'm working with a print that was given to me as "wild Caribbean". The print was very light but we have some germination on agar. Jars with rye will be inoculated today. As soon as i have results i will post them.
Of course there's no guarantee that these strains are the same, if you sent me a (piece of a) print i will grow it out and return some prints to you.

I agree. Kevin, grow that baby out. I'm curious to see how they turn out and always love to experiement with new strains!

I'd say send ralphster, Una, or Anno a piece of the print, and either one would probably take good care of you and send you back clean prints, And work with it yourself.

I was wondering the same thing as to wether its the puerto rican cube too... someone needs to grow it out. Ralphster is suppose to have some puerto rican spores shortly... been looking forward to that strain ; )

I want a Cuban cubensis strain. I mean thats where the name "Cubensis" came from but it is an outrage that the mushroom growing community does not have access to this strain! Good DAY PEOPLE! THe FSR is a good thing but if you are going to be a vendor of your OWN prints then you shouldn't run the FSR. If you ask me then you should drom the $10 prints and stick with the FSR. If you want to be greedy then go with the $10 but if you want to help the mushroom community then go with the FSR. Ralph the reason you get bullshit is because of your $10 prints not the FSR.

Sold out!!! Dude, I was able to make 3 syinges from a very heavily sporulated Tazmanian print, and it only cost 1 measly dollar (as opposed to the $30+ tp buy syringes elsewhere)! I consider that to be a great service to struggling mycophiles. Ralph is the furthest thing from a sell-out.

The FSR is an amazing service that Ralphster created.He has helped out hundreds of people get started in this hobby.Yet, he is constantly being burned by members of this community for doing a good thing.If you don't want to pay $10 for a personal print then don't. Pay a dollar and get an FSR print. Personally, I don't see how any one could have a problem with $10 for a nice print. That's cheap!!!! But why burn the man for providing his services to the community. Some of these post against Ralphster are mean spirited and hurtful.
Sometimes is hard to believe that a community that's based on the sacred mushroom can be so vile to each other.
