Spiritual Restoration
Admitting one's faults and working toward eliminating these faults
Atonement - experiencing the power of not doing what your consience seems to condemn
Doing what's right - the expressed Will

Physical Restoration
(Theme: Stop doing what's not healthy-Start doing what is healthy)
Cleansing - purge the digestive system, purge the mucus system, purge the breathing system, purge the bloodstream, purge the organs
Maitenance - eat what's right, take care of the body according to its natural needs
Moreover - beautify, vitalize, strengthen, energize the body naturally

In a nutshell: There's a process

Interesting post. Some information on the actual cleansing/purging of the organs, blood etc would be GR8ly appreciated as i do realize what a total toxin infested scrap heap this planet has become :crazy:

When we eat foods that are not natural (or natural foods that are sprayed with unnatural stuff) our bodies develop toxins (the new phrase is "free radicals"). These free radicals are the same thing that can lead to cancer and a variety of other health problems.
So each and every one of us has to cleanse the body from this stuff at a minimum. (We also have to start eat smarter).

To cleanse, I humbly recommend herbs. Try a variety after reading up on them at www.botanical.com or another site (or in books).

Secondly, drink tons of water.

Stop drinking artificial drinks especially soda. Drink natural stuff only.

If you have to have a little alcohol stick with one or two glasses of wine sipped over the course of an hour or two (ie slowly) preferrably with bread or something to aid in digestion.

Eat organic fruits and vegetables available at the more expensive health food stores like whole foods market, bread of life, etc.

Excercise daily.

Start a spiritual perspective in life and try to find what's best for you and the people you encounter day to day.

Be the positive one in your family.
Be the postive one at your work place.
Be the positive one at your school.
Be positive in general.

What goes in can come out.

I was banned sometime ago in OTD for puppetry, and they wouldn't allow me to use my old account. But all is good. I have been good. God is Great. You have been missed in S&P, friend. I guess FN has sort of filled the gap but it's not the same. :P
