No Molds but...

I have purple shit still!! Baterica it is! I opened one of the jars up and shit... that shit smells!! i sniffed it up my nose! BAD IDEA.. i feel sick now! How do I prevent bacteria?

Sounds like you need to work on your sterilization procedure. Did you pressure cook your sub?
