Pro Heat II Heater ?
    #3390841 - 11/20/04 09:04 PM (19 years, 4 months ago)

Here is a question for those of you that have these. Do they all have a remote temp sensor? I have read descriptions that mention a remote temp sensor and some that say built in sensor and they look like the exact same thing. Thanks for any input.

In my research, the if they are the Pro heat II then they have a remote heat sensor, however, there are some called the pro heat IC, I believe, that are may not have the remote heat sensor, I know the biggest difference with the IC is that they don't have a LCD display of the temp.
I searched around for a while and the cheapest place I found was www.kensfish.com
It was like 48 shipped with 3 day select UPS. Prompt shipping and all that. Peace

IC has no LCD, also no sensor like you said. the 'Pro Heat' ones, without IC or II are basically the same thing as pro-heat II but without LCD. Pro Heat and Pro Heat II both have external temp. sensors in all models that I've seen.
btw, Ebay is best for pricing, from what I've seen
