I was gonna make this a long typing post but nah... I can sum it all up in one sentance.

Judges aren't stupid and they get pissed off when you lie to them,
I know this from lots of personal experience.

A lot of times they can tell when your lying.

Not to say I havent had a few felonies dropped in my day.

On the subject of dumb judges.

Here in the Magistrate court, Judges don't even need any education in law. Isn't that pretty silly? So its just the guy taking the lawyers word for it because they DO have a law education and the judge has no idea.

I hope yer judge is a good humanitarian fellow, who contemplates his decisions with the aid of psilocybe mushrooms.
