Infared use is considered illegal

Yesturday pur wonderfull governmnet voted 4 to 1 that using infared camera's is unlawfull unless the law officials get a search warrant. The decision came after state officials overturned a conviction of a man. That the fbi, dea used an infared detection system to monitor the movement and grow lights of a marijuana grower.
