San Pedro Extract Storage?
    #3390172 - 11/20/04 07:34 PM (12 years, 4 months ago)

From what I understand, I can store the juice in a freezer or fridge.  But which is best, and how long until it starts to significantly breakdown?

Thanks.

PS Thanks to MJ

If it were me, i'd not drink it left in the fridge no more than a day. Freeze it and it should be fine.

pour in some everclear, about 20% should do it. That should keep the contams out. But still i would make use of it asap. Its illegal if you ever get cought with it and whats the purpose to prepare it and not use it. Your giving the mesc no route but to break down. But from what ive been told mesc should last a while so i would say its safe for at least a month or two.
