how is bacto-agar?

hi, just wondering if anyone has any experience with bacto-agar ( from difco ). i heard that this stuff attracts bacteria =/. is it true? thanks =).

Difco's agar should be the best.

No. Bacto agar means bacteriologicall grade agar.
It?s more expensive than food grade agar.
