Popcorn Question

Hey I've had some corn soaking for about 36 hours now. I have been to busy to take care of it. Has it been to long? I only ask because I opened my stockpot lid and it kind of smelled

36 hours is a bit longer than the teks suggest.. It may start to germinate. I'd try it anyway if you have spores in abundance, most stuff should be killed anyway in the pressure cooking. Just rinse it and cook it first.

I soaked mine almost 24 hours, rinsed with boiling water a few times, then simmered it till some of the grains strated to split, then pc for an hour. It always smelt like, well, corn. Worked pretty damn well though I think. Just finishing up my second flush now. :smile:
