Pinning in process

OK. I'm a newbie with a couple of questions about the pinning process.

1. How long before Pins reach full maturity?

2. How do you know when to pick abhorts?

3. I have a patch of about 9 pins, but all look different for the healthy ones. In one clump with a general white ness about the caps. All others are very reddish in cap color. Are these going to abhort? How will I know if they do? Other than they will stop growing.

Now I have to boast.
Whats up to everyone who participates in the shroomery, you guys are the shit. Its my first time around casing (well fruiting all togeather) and it has been 8 days snice I cased and I visually see 17 pins and I'm excited as all hell. Just like to say thank you and all the info any of you can provide will be much appricated.

Pins can take anywhere from 3-7 days to mature. If the cap turms black, or growth noticeably stops, then they will most likely abhort. Just watch them. The fuzz could be from humidity. Congrats on your success.
