How do I make these damn things flush!!!

I have had all but the one on the left in my tank for all of a week and a half.at 70-77F.80-90% humidity

High humidity, patience and time.
Once pins show, lower the hum. to 85%.

can you give the casings a little mist directly when hydrating your terrarium?

Yes, you should.
The casing surface should be moist, but without standing water.
Pinning humidity 95+% with airexchange to remove CO2.
Read P. cubensis Growth Parameters

Your casings are in this stage:

Primordia Formation:

Relative Humidify: 95-100%.
Air Temperature: 74-78 ?F.
Duration: 6-10 days.
CO2: less than 5000 ppm.
Fresh Air Exchanges: 1 -3 per hour.
Light: Diffuse natural or exposure for 12-16 hours/day of grow-lux type fluorescent light high in blue spectra at the 480 nanometer wavelength. (See Chapters IV and IX).
