has anyone used these witht eh pf/mmgg tek? if so do i have to use incubation chamber to regualte the mioster in the jars??

Using filter discs, you normally drill a small 1/4" (1 cm) hole in the center of the jar lid (careful, the lids can crack). The discs work fine w/ pf/mmgg, but you can't stick the needle through the filter. The lid needs to be taken off for the multi-spore syringe innoculation.

To retain moisture levels in the jars, cover them with aluminum foil. A nice thing here is that if the moisture is too high, you can leave the foil off to bring down the moisture level.
