incubation/inoc.

inoculated jars about 4-5 weeks ago. The growth of mycelium seems to have completely stopped. AF has tried turning the jars but no sign yet. Some of the jars fully colonised though.

Firstly - any ideas why?
Secondly - if they don't grow more, what's the best option - cut out the uncolonised bits and crumble and case?

AF would say the cakes are about 90% colonised.
