should i pick smaller....

i was wondering if i should pick some of the smaller mushrooms on my cakes because there are about 15 pins on on eof makes cakes and they are close together. i was gonna do it because on my last flush when this happened i got some aborts and fluffy myc. grwoth in-between some of the mushrooms. and they didn't get large. so pick or not pick

and a question about casing, im currently waiting for mypopcorn to colonize in a 1 quart and i didn't know what size aluminum tray to get. 12X12 but how deep?

they should be as deep as u want them. how much substrate do u have?

most ppl want about 2 inches of substrat and 3/4-1 inch of casing. so like 3 inches or so, maybe more
