contam? or caked up BRF

I don't have access to a digital camera, so this post might be useless. Last night, I sterilized 20 jars w/ using a steaming pot (not PC). This morning, all the jars looked fine except one, which on one spot had some greyish matter. I'm wondering if it may be that I didn't mix the BRF (using PFtek) enough in that one spot and it's actually just some BRF, not a contam. Anyone ever seen anything like this happen to me? I'm inclined to think it is this because it was already there some 9 hours after I sterilized the substrate, and hadn't yet inoculated. Is that normally enough time for something to get contaminated? I guess I can leave it be for a day or three and see if the spot grows - if not, it's contam free. Ideas?

Give it a few days and see if you notice a difference. I've noticed a gray'sh matter when using BRF. If its mold, it'll grow damn quick.
